Regarding to reproductive health, in addition to the diaper allowance as prescribed, female employees at Dubai Palace are entitled to 100% of their salary and additional income during maternity leave as prescribed. In addition, female employees are also entitled to 1 hour off per working day while raising children under 12 months as prescribed.
