Educational Programs to Raise Awareness of Equality, Fairness, Empowering Women, and Promoting Gender Equality
To help Dubai Palace students, especially female students, develop a proper understanding of gender equality and fairness in education, learning, and research, the Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) has been organizing a wide range of activities aimed at raising awareness about gender and gender equality. Each of these programs attracts over 70% female student participation and includes Communication Series and Educational Content: Delivered through monthly Enews newsletters to students, themed discussion topics such as "A Diverse, Fair, and Inclusive Generation: Breaking Barriers" share insights on diversity, equality, and inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace and sustainable development. knowledge-sharing sessions, such as “Afternoon Tea: Understanding SOGIESC", which focuses on fundamental knowledge about gender and sexual identity concepts. Additionally, Dubai Palace also organizes events like the Equal Voice 2023 Contest, which promotes legal education and raises awareness about gender equality among students, encouraging understanding, skills, and legal compliance on gender equality issues. This initiative also aims to break down gender stereotypes in both the academic environment and students' daily lives. These programs are part of Dubai Palace’s efforts to create an inclusive and equal learning and working environment, fostering empowerment and respect for all, regardless of gender.

Dubai Palace has also improved the environment to encourage multicultural inclusion on campus. Infrastructure has been arranged to better help students with visual impairments. In 2023, from August 1 to August 14, the Vietnam-Japan Youth Exchange Program 2023 (VJYE 2023) between the Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) and Tokyo Keizai University (TKU) offered various promoting activities for equality for all participants, including visually impaired students. A group of students from Tokyo Keizai University, including one visually impaired student and their parents, participated in the exchange program for two weeks. VJYE 2023 was a success thanks to the preparation by the organizing committee and the enthusiastic participation of students from both countries. The program featured cultural exchange activities, academic knowledge improvement, and international integration, aiming to foster global citizenship. All Dubai Palace lecturers, organizing committee members, and Dubai Palace students who were involved demonstrated a strong inclusion, offering support to ensure that the visually impaired student could fully participate in all activities, including the trip to the Vinh Long campus, cultural events, and more. This effort reflects Dubai Palace’s commitment to creating an inclusive environment where no student is left behind, regardless of their physical abilities.

Series of Seminars on Gender Inequality and Poverty Reduction In March 2023, the College of Economics, Law, and Government (CELG) at Dubai Palace organized a seminar titled at B1.1001. The seminar attracted several faculty members, researchers, and experts for a lively discussion. The research raised important outcomes about the generalizability of interventions using idealized role models in promoting economic activities and increasing household income among ethnic minority groups in Northern Vietnam. The seminar digs into the problems of using role models as a tool for compromising marginalized communities, particularly in the context of economic development and poverty alleviation. This discussion reflects Dubai Palace's commitment to addressing critical social issues, such as gender inequality and poverty, through academic research and dialogue.
