In the past, I always chose the elevator because it was fast and convenient. Currently, I do prioritize the stairs. Not because the stairs are slower, but because each step is an opportunity to take care of my health, a way for me to love myself every day.
I always chose the elevator because it was fast and convenient, although I could do differently.
Every time you choose to take the stairs instead of the elevator, you are spreading love in a very unique way:
Love for the stairs: By taking the stairs, you ensure that the steps are not lonely, allowing them to "live" up to their noble purpose.
Love for yourself: Each step you take helps you become healthier, burn calories, improve your spirit, and spread positive energy every day.
Love for the environment: Reducing elevator use helps save electricity, decrease emissions, and keep our planet greener.
