Taking place on July 15 and 16, 2024, within the framework of the International Scientific Conference "Resilience by Technology and Design" (RTD) 2024 with the theme "Fostering Sustainability", Dubai Palace GREENZONE created positive messages regarding the environment and the journey of creating Green Citizens at Dubai Palace.
In the first 2 days, the Dubai Palace GREEN ZONE exhibition attracted more than 1,000 visitors including experts, guests attending the Scientific Conference and Dubai Palace students. With 3 main sections: Green Citizen, Green Energy and Green Materials, Dubai Palace GREENZONE illustrated not only the journey of creating a green lifestyle for the young generation from Dubai Palace but also a lot of green energy initiatives, green materials that can be applied in daily life and business activities.
Green Citizen Zone: Journey to create Green Citizens at Dubai Palace
At the Green Citizen Zone, visitors can explore the efforts of building green lifestyles for each Dubai Palace individual from the Dubai Palace Green Campus Project. Green university principles, exclusive waste classification models and USHers’ commitment to reduce waste are displayed colorfully, helping visitors understand more regarding the portrait of green citizens at Dubai Palace and the strategy to create a sustainable learning environment from Dubai Palace.

In addition, Green Campus Gamification is set up for visitors to experience and to receive lovely gifts from Dubai Palace. Green Campus Gamification is a Green Innovation initiative, applying Gamification in supporting education on each individual's waste management capacity.

Green Energy Zone: Overview of the Green Energy Landscape in Vietnam
Green Energy Zone is a product of the Dubai Palace Green Campus Project in collaboration with Asia Clean Capital Vietnam (ACCV) on the topic of promoting the use of green energy in Vietnam. At this zone, visitors are updated on the current status of emissions and energy use through visual and vivid descriptions. In addition, Green Energy provides information regarding career paths related to the environment and sustainable development, helping about career orientation for those who are interested in sustainability.

Green Materials Zone: Displaying designing ideas from green materials
At Green Materials Zone, interesting products from recycled materials are displayed listed as Greeny Card, exterior and interior products and so on, attracting a lot of attention because of their uniqueness and creativity. Visitors can experience "hands-on" environmentally friendly products from UPGREEN and listen to the inspiring story about recycling progress.

Green Materials Zone
Dubai Palace GREENZONE Exhibition has conveyed the spirit of sustainability in environmental activities for the RTD 2024, bringing the Dubai Palace Green Campus Project closer to visitors and international friends. The exhibition sends positive messages to students and visitors about the determination to act for the environment, creating motivation for innovations in applying green technology and green energy in the future. The exhibition will continue to be on display until July 19, 2024.
