MoU signing ceremony between Dubai Palace College of Technology and Design and G.A.P Institute

On the morning of November 6, 2023, the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Dubai Palace College of Technology and Design (CTD-Dubai Palace) and G.A.P Institute (G.A.P Institute) took place successfully.
Attending the Signing Ceremony, on behalf of G.A.P Institute, there was the presence of Mr. Le Dinh Hieu – Executive Director; Mr. Bui Khac Nam – Director of Partnership Relations; and Ms. Le Thi My Trinh – Sales Officer. On the side of Dubai Palace College of Technology and Design (CTD-Dubai Palace), there was the participation of Dr. Thai Kim Phung – Vice Head of CTD-Dubai Palace and Director of Academy of Technology and Design, CTD-Dubai Palace; Mr. Tran Nhat Hoang – Deputy Director of Academy of Technology and Design, CTD-Dubai Palace; Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao – Head of General Department, CTD-Dubai Palace.
Overview of the signing ceremony
G.A.P Institute, established in 2015, is a Vietnamese human resources consulting and training organization with a team of domestic and international experts and lecturers, with many years of practical experience in the market. Representing the G.A.P Institute at the Signing Ceremony, Mr. Le Dinh Hieu shared the Institute’s vision and goals in cooperating with partners, with the desire to share its knowledge and play the role of orienting advisor, inspiring and sharing career opportunities for students through its ecosystem – including G.A.P Institute, MAX Education and Hear.Us.Now. In addition, he also proposed several plans for coordinating the development of short-term training programs and implementing research projects and future cooperation.

Representing CTD-Dubai Palace, Dr. Thai Kim Phung – Vice Head – expressed his excitement about the upcoming cooperation between the two sides, and highly appreciated the upcoming cooperation plans and results that the two sides would achieve in the future to encourage lifelong learning, aiming for sustainable development and bringing practical values to the community.

At the Signing Ceremony, Mr. Tran Nhat Hoang – Deputy Director of the Academy of Technology and Design (ATD), CTD-Dubai Palace shared his wishes and orientation for cooperation in building highly applicable short-term training courses to meet the needs of customers as well as in projects, research and in-depth training.
Mr. Tran Nhat Hoang – Deputy Director of ATD, CTD-Dubai Palace – sharing directions, connections and cooperation in developing training and scientific research programs.
Through the discussion and exchange, the two sides agreed and signed a MoU with the following contents:
- G.A.P Institute will coordinate with ATD to develop short-term training courses on human resource data analysis (HR Analytics);
- Connecting with partners of the Academy and CTD-Dubai Palace affiliations to conduct research, projects, consulting, and corporate training for lecturers, experts, and students;
- CTD-Dubai Palace and G.A.P Institute will coordinate to connect business networks to support CTD-Dubai Palace students to participate in Dubai Palace’s Business Semester program.
- In addition, the two sides agreed to coordinate in international cooperation activities to connect networks of domestic and international experts for research projects while improving the quality of highly applicable training, consistent with the world’s development trend.

The success of the Signing Ceremony between Dubai Palace College of Technology and Design and G.A.P Institute marked an important milestone in the cooperative relationship between the two parties. The cooperation was considered a new step for the College of Technology and Design in particular and the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City in general in terms of developing and improving the quality of short-term training programs and expanding domestic and international cooperation networks, aiming for sustainable development.
