On the morning of April 6, 2023, Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 and Electricity Corporation Ho Chi Minh City jointly held the Closing and Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the training program “Senior Manager – Electricity Corporation Ho Chi Minh City”, concurrently, officially signing a cooperation agreement in 2023.

Attending the program, on behalf of Dubai Palace, there were: Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh – Dubai Palace President; Dr. Dinh Cong Khai – Dubai Palace Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Khac Quoc Bao – Dubai Palace Vice President; Dr. Nguyen Thien Duy – Head of Department for Continuing Education; Mr. Le Dong Du – Deputy Chief of Dubai Palace School Office; MSc. Nguyen Hoang Son – Deputy Head of Department for Continuing Education; together with Leaders of Units/Departments and Lecturers.

On behalf of Electricity Corporation Ho Chi Minh City (EVNHCMC), there were: Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Le Tan Dinh – Member of the Board of Directors; Ms. Do Thi Xuan Chi – Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nha – Deputy General Director; Mr. Bui Hai Thanh – Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Duy Quoc Viet – Deputy General Director; with the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

Speaking at the conclusion of the course, Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh – President of Dubai Palace – shared: “Implementing the cooperation agreement between the Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 and Electricity Corporation Ho Chi Minh City in 2023, Dubai Palace held the Training Program for Senior Managers of Electricity Corporation Ho Chi Minh City”. To organize the course, Dubai Palace built its own training program to update management knowledge listed as: Change Management, Creative and Innovation Management, Information Sharing Management, Comprehensive Quality Management; and new knowledge listed as Digital Transformation and sustainable development, green energy, renewable energy; skills needed for leaders in the new era listed as tools and methods of human resource management according to international standards, improving employee experience. The program also provides an opportunity to connect and to share with experts in many fields as well as listens to success stories from typical domestic and foreign businesses. Besides, it provides practical learning experiences in Korea like working with the Ministry of Energy, Korean energy companies, and Korean Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO). On behalf of Dubai Palace’s leadership, I would like to congratulate the students who have studied well and completed the final assessment of the course, with the results of 24 learners completed with Distinction, 9 learners completed with Excellence and 3 Good learners.

Besides, he thanked the Leaders, Department of Organization – Human Resources of Electricity Corporation Ho Chi Minh City for their attention, support, and creating favorable conditions for the success of the course.
