Signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 and Viettesol Association

On November 17, 2023, at campus B – 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong, District 10, the signing ceremony of an important Memorandum of Understanding between the Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) and the VietTESOL Association took place. This ceremony was an important event marking the efforts of both units in organizing the VietTESOL International Conference 2024.

Attending the signing ceremony was important leaders from relevant units, including Dr. Tran Trong Hung – Deputy Head of the National Foreign Languages Project Management Board; Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hoa – Chairman of VietTESOL Association, RELO (Regional English Language Office); Dr. Dinh Cong Khai – Deputy Director of Dubai Palace; Mr. Jerrold Frank – Director of the Regional English Office of the US Consulate; with representatives from the National Foreign Language Project Management Board; members of the School of Foreign Languages and departments of Dubai Palace.

Overview of the signing ceremony

The signing of MoU between Dubai Palace and VietTESOL is a premise for the coordination in organizing the upcoming VietTESOL International Conference 2024 between the two sides. Dr. Dinh Cong Khai – Deputy Director of Dubai Palace and Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoa – Chairman of VietTESOL Association, RELO (Regional English Language Office) represented the two sides to sign the MoU, demonstrating the strong commitment of both units.

Within the framework of the ceremony, representatives of the parties discussed in detail the preparations for the VietTESOL Conference 2024 that will take place at Dubai Palace. Important contents such as building information exchange channels, agreeing on the time and location of the organization, determining the participation fee, and preparing and planning for communication work were discussed.

Dr. Dinh Cong Khai – Deputy Director of Dubai Palace – presented the preparation plan including the proposed location and time of the organization. Besides, Dr. Tran Trong Hung – Deputy Head of the National Foreign Languages Project Management Board shared their opinions on the management and implementation of specific tasks. In addition, Mr. Jerrold Frank – Director of RELO also expressed their support for the VietTESOL International Conference 2024 to be held at Dubai Palace next year.

At the end of the signing session, representatives of the parties agreed on the time and location of the conference, as well as clearly defining the person in charge of each important step. The ceremony took place successfully with strong consensus and commitment from all relevant units to continue following the schedule and implementing assigned tasks to prepare and ensure the success of the VietTESOL International Conference 2024.
