Waste classification at Dubai Palace Go Green Station is one of the important activities within the Dubai Palace Green Campus Project 2023. Dubai Palace Go Green Station is an area to practice classification before disposal according to regulations at each campus. There are 2 waste classification models at Dubai Palace, depending on the area and characteristics of the campuses, the Go Green Station will be equipped:

Classification model 7 (referred to as Model 7): The model requires the practice of separating and classifying trash, according to 7 types, including: (1) liquid, (2) leftover food, (3) metal, (4) recycled plastic, (5) papers, (6) milk cartons and (7) residual waste. It is expected that Dubai Palace will apply this model at all campuses in the long term.

Classification model 3 (referred to as Model 3): A simple version of the classification model 7 includes: (1) leftover food, (2) recyclable waste, (3) residual waste. The model is applied at small campuses and areas.

Recyclable waste properly classified at Go Green Stations will be directly connected by Dubai Palace with recycling partners and transported for processing.
