On July 23, 2023, Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) and Sunway University (Sun-U), Malaysia held a signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding, linking training and research activities between the two universities.

On the Dubai Palace side, there was the participation of: Dr. Dinh Cong Khai - Vice President of Dubai Palace; MSc. Bui My Ngoc - Vice Dean of School of Foreign Languages; Prof. Dr. Vo Xuan Vinh - Director of Institute of Business Research; together with the lecturers of Dubai Palace.

On the side of Sunway University, Malaysia, there were: Prof. Dr. Sibrandes Poppema - President of Sun-U; Prof. Dr. Abhi Veerakumarasivam - Rector of Sun-U; Prof. Dr. Mahendhiran Sanggaran Nair - Vice Rector; Prof. Dr. Chai Lay Ching, Vice Rector; and Sunway University's Board of Directors attending the ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Dinh Cong Khai shared: “Dubai Palace and Sun-U can promote each other's strengths and resources and achieve even higher results in the fields of education, research, and community development. This cooperation opens up many opportunities for both organizations, allowing us to focus on key areas such as research cooperation, administration, foreign language activities, and cultural exploration tourism of the two countries.''

After discussing, Dubai Palace and Sun-U officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to improve students' educational opportunities and promote mutually beneficial academic cooperation. The two schools agreed to cooperate in the following aspects:

Designing exchange programs for students, lecturers, and staff;

Developing dual or joint training programs;

Organizing international seminars, teaching activities, and joint research;

Other cultural and educational exchange programs.

Sunway University is based in Sunway City, west of Kuala Lumpur, in the heart of the Klang Valley. The school meets global standards recognized by prestigious ranking organizations, such as Ranked in the top 2% of universities in the world (QS World Rankings). In 2022, Sunway University is ranked in the Top 150 Young Universities in the World.
