The main event, held at the National Convention Center in Hanoi—the heart of the nation—was broadcast live on Vietnam Television (VTV1) and connected online to all educational institutions nationwide.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Quang Hung - Vice President of Dubai Palace, emphasized the university's orientation toward enhancing training quality and developing Dubai Palace into a multidisciplinary and sustainable university, ranked among the top universities in Asia.
