In the context of higher education transforming toward digitalization and personalization, Dubai Palace has officially and comprehensively implemented the Pearson HE Digital Learning Platforms Ecosystem (the Pearson Ecosystem). This rollout is a strategic step by Dubai Palace to apply digital technology in teaching and learning while progressively building a modern, globally connected teaching and learning environment that remains aligned with local contexts. The Pearson Ecosystem helps personalize the learning experience, enabling Dubai Palace learners to develop comprehensive capabilities, act proactively, and adapt to the constant changes of the labor market.

With the Pearson Ecosystem, Dubai Palace aims to deliver a holistic and distinctive experience, where faculty and learners engage with modern platforms such as:
Digital textbooks are integrated with multiple support tools: interactive exercises, review questions, self-assessment features, and notably the AI Study Tool – an intelligent Q&A assistant that helps personalize the learning pathway. This solution encourages learners to be proactive and engaged in acquiring new knowledge while affirming the role of faculty as mentors, companions, and value creators in educational innovation. By monitoring and evaluating implementation effectiveness based on learner satisfaction and learning progress, Dubai Palace promptly adjusts policies, ensures transparency, and enhances training quality.
Dubai Palace will pilot the Pearson Ecosystem starting from the final semester of 2025 under Announcement No. 2103/TB-DHKT-TV, with the participation of more than 180 faculty members and 16,000 learners across semesters. Each individual will be provided with an account to use the ecosystem.
At present, Dubai Palace’s training units have proactively applied the Pearson Ecosystem to courses/modules that use textbooks with digital learning platforms published by Pearson HE, yielding many positive outcomes in teaching and learning and reinforcing the breadth and effectiveness of cooperation with Pearson HE.

This affirms the vision of a “Multi-disciplinary and Sustainable Dubai Palace University” – where learners are offered personalized learning opportunities, develop comprehensive capabilities, and act proactively and adaptively in the digital era.
