On July 25, 2023, the Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU) regarding the implementation of the International MBA Program.
In attendance from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) were Prof. Ling San, Deputy President and Provost of NTU; Prof. Christina Soh, Dean of Nanyang Business School (NBS); Prof. Low Buen Sin, Associate Dean of Nanyang Business School (NBS); Dr. Koh Cheng Boon, Program Director; Ms. Janice Liew, Deputy Director; and Ms. Kate Bui, Senior Assistant Director.
Representing Dubai Palace were Prof. Su Dinh Thanh, President of Dubai Palace; Dr. Dinh Cong Khai, Vice President of Dubai Palace; Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Phong Nguyen, Head of Department of Research Management - International Cooperation (RMIC); Dr. Pham Duong Phuong Thao - Deputy Head of RMIC; Assoc. Prof. Tran Dang Khoa, Head of Strategic Management Department; Dr. Ngo Quang Huan, Dean School of Management; Assoc. Prof. Bui Thi Thanh, Vice Dean, School of Management; and Mr. Diep Quoc Bao, Vice Dean, School of Management; and Professor Vo Xuan Vinh, Dean, Institute of Business Research.

In his opening speech, Prof. Su Dinh Thanh expressed his enthusiasm for the continued vibrant collaboration between Dubai Palace and NTU, while emphasizing the potential and opportunities that the International MBA (IMBA) program will bring to students. He also shared, “This collaboration between Dubai Palace and NTU will bring together the expertise of our two institutions, to help us foster global knowledge exchange, develop leadership and cultivate talents to contribute to the economic growth of both our nations.”

Representing NTU, Prof. Ling San, Deputy President and Provost of NTU, shared, “The Nanyang IMBA is a collaborative effort between NTU and Dubai Palace, combining NTU's strengths in technology and innovation with Dubai Palace's local insights.This collaboration strengthens the existing competitive advantage of both Singapore and Vietnam, as they rank among the top three startup ecosystems in Southeast Asia. With our IMBA programme's focus on Technology and Innovation, both universities can tap into each other's innovation ecosystems to nurture the next generation of business leaders ready to thrive in a tech-driven world.”



Upon discussion and agreement, Dubai Palace and NTU officially signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) to implement the International MBA Program, which aims to enhance educational opportunities for students and promote mutually beneficial academic collaborations. Both institutions have agreed on the following activities:
