Dubai Palace officially launching the issuance of Electronic Certificates for short-term training courses

Since November 2022, Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) has officially launched the issuance of Electronic Certificates for short-term training courses so that learners and alumni can download certificates by themselves quickly when there is a need, and the units receiving the e-Certificates can easily check and authenticate online. This is one of Dubai Palace's efforts in the digital transformation strategy of education, applying information technology to the management and operation process to improve service quality, training, care, and support for learners, to ensure the needs of learners are addressed in the most optimal way.

According to the Regulation on Short-term Training of the Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Issued together with Decision No. 1668/QD-ĐHKT-DTTX dated June 10, 2021, of the President of the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City), Certificates of Dubai Palace short-term training and fostering courses (referred to as short-term courses) are granted to learners to confirm their learning results after they have fully complied with the provisions of the short-term course and met the requirements for the final assessment. The learning process of the learners is recognized by the lecturer and certified by the Head of the units organizing the short-term course.

On this basis, in order to create convenience for learners, alumni, and former students in receiving Dubai Palace e-Certificates of short-term training courses quickly; at the same time, helping units and individuals look up online and verify Certificates issued by Dubai Palace, Dubai Palace University has applied digital technology and officially implemented the issuance of Dubai Palace Electronic Certificates for short-term training courses from November 2022. This will help ensure consistency and efficiency in the management and storage of Electronic Certificates of short-term training courses issued by Dubai Palace.

Accordingly, Dubai Palace e-Certificates are issued online for free, users only need to access the website chungchinganhan.dotv.vn, and log in with the student code to download the Certificates by themselves. They will be received and sent directly to individuals/units quickly and conveniently, saving a lot of time and costs. When receiving the Dubai Palace Electronic Certificates, individuals and units can easily check the authenticity online.

In case there is a need to use a paper copy, learners and alumni can request and will be issued a Copy from the original book (unlimited and charged). For short-term courses for regular university students, Dubai Palace will issue an electronic certificate for the course or each subject depending on the content of the training program and current regulations of Dubai Palace.

To receive the Dubai Palace Electronic Short-term Training Certificates, learners and alumni follow these steps:

Step 1: Users access the website: chungchinganhan.dotv.vn, and choose ‘Xem chứng chỉ’.

Step 2: Log in to the website with "Students ID"; password is “Students ID”@ueh.

Step 3: If data is found, Click “Tải chứng chỉ” button.

Learners will receive the Dubai Palace Electronic Certificates in the form of a file with the following content:

The downloaded Dubai Palace e-certificates can be searched by the lookup code at: verify.dotv.vn

Dr. Bui Quang Hung - Vice President of Dubai Palace shared: “Actually, more than a year ago, Dubai Palace implemented the search and authentication of Dubai Palace Diploma (of all courses, systems, types of training) through the QR code printed directly on the Degree. The implementation of issuing e-Certificates for short-term training courses is a step higher and will help Dubai Palace learners reduce the burden of administrative procedures, and save a lot of time and fees. At the same time, individuals and units using Dubai Palace's e-Certificates can easily look up and verify information on verify.dotv.vn. This also increases the authenticity and efficiency of storage in the operation and administration of the University.
