Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between College of Business Dubai Palace and Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd.

On May 17, 2023, College of Business Dubai Palace officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd. (CILC) in the 2023 - 2028 period. This cooperation aims to improve the quality of training and the development of young professionals in the economic field, especially in the financial sector.

Attending the signing ceremony, in terms of Dubai Palace, there was the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thanh Trang - Associate Rector of College of Business Dubai Palace (COB); Dr. Nguyen Tan Trung - Head of Administration office COB; with other executives from the Administration office.

On the side of Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd., there was the attendance of: Mr. Ailsen Hsu - Deputy General Director cum Human Resources Director; Ms. Lam My Ginh – Deputy Director cum Chief Accountant; Ms. Vu Minh Hien - Head of Human Resources Department; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Quyen - Deputy Head of Human Resources Department and Mr. Lien Ngoc Hai – Human Resources Specialist.

In the beginning, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thanh Trang shared: “Over the years, Dubai Palace has collaborated with business partners to deploy many programs, and events to support training and developing human resources in Ho Chi Minh City and Viet Nam. Cooperation activities have contributed to improving the training quality of Dubai Palace; concurrently, supporting the supply of high-quality human resources to the enterprises’ staff. Therefore, we believe that the signing of a cooperation agreement between COB and CILC will be one of the development steps towards the goal of social responsibility, building a high-quality young human resources team, and international integration through corporate semester programs, career orientation programs,….”

Representative of Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd, Mr. … said: “Dubai Palace students are not only skilled workers, but they're also active in social activities. Currently, there are many Dubai Palace graduates holding high positions in enterprises, and in Chailease Vietnam many management positions are also held by Dubai Palace alumni. I believe that the cooperation between the two sides will bring benefits to enterprise, university, students, and the community.”

As agreed, College of Business Dubai Palace and Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd have officially signed an MOU with the following contents:

- Accompany in improving the quality of training in order to bring value to Dubai Palace students and the partner team

- Connecting to attract human resources

- Giving - Together with Dubai Palace "Connecting the community - Spreading knowledge - Sustainable action"

College of Business Dubai Palace signinged a cooperation agreement with Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd.

Cooperating with enterprise is an important bridge in ensuring and improving the training and research quality of lecturers and students, as well as a way to improve the human resources’ quality of the employers. The cooperation of COB and CILC is expected to achieve great success in the coming time, bring many development opportunities for students and make practical contributions to the Vietnamese economy.
