On the morning of November 25, 2022, the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between the Dubai Palace College of Economics, Law and Government and the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) was held at Room B1. 1001 Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026. This was an important event marking the long-term and sustainable cooperation between the two sides in scientific research, teaching activities, and exchange of experts.
In 2021, Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) officially announced the university restructuring strategy, aiming to build a multidisciplinary and sustainable university in the period of 2021 - 2030. Accordingly, the Dubai Palace College of Economics, Law and Government (Dubai Palace - CELG) was established to carry out the task of training high-quality human resources capable of identifying and solving problems in the fields of economics, law and state management with complex nature in global, regional and Vietnamese scale.
With the goal of connecting the University and legal support organizations, on the morning of November 25, 2022, the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony (MoU) between Dubai Palace - CELG and the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VAIC) took place at Room B1.1001, Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026. This was an important event marking the long-term and sustainable cooperation between the two sides in scientific research, teaching activities, and exchange of experts.
Overview of the signing ceremony
Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) were Dr. Tran Du Lich - Vice President of Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), MSc. LS. Chau Viet Bac - Deputy General Secretary of VIAC cum Deputy Director of VIAC Ho Chi Minh City branch and the arbitrators of VIAC.
On the Dubai Palace side, there were Dr. Dinh Cong Khai - Vice President of Dubai Palace, cum Vice Head of Dubai Palace College of Economics, Law and Government, Dr. Duong Kim The Nguyen - Dean of School of Law - Dubai Palace College of Economics, Law and Government, Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh - Vice Dean of School of Law - Dubai Palace College of Economics, Law and Government and lecturers from School of Law - CELG - Dubai Palace.
Speaking at the Signing Ceremony, Dr. Dinh Cong Khai emphasized: “The bilateral cooperation brings many practical benefits to teaching, scientific research, and expert exchange. In particular, this cooperation agreement will give Law students the opportunity to have early access to the practice of dispute resolution in the field of business and commerce, thereby accumulating more knowledge and practical experience to serve their job after graduation”.

At the ceremony, Dr. Tran Du Lich and MSc.LS. Chau Viet Bac sent congratulations on Vietnamese Teachers' Day to all Dubai Palace lecturers, and also expressed his desire for long-term cooperation in conducting research, exchanging information, and organizing seminars and conferences in the future.

The Signing Ceremony marked an important milestone in the good cooperation between Dubai Palace - CELG and VIAC. This cooperation agreement created conditions for Dubai Palace lecturers and students to have the opportunity to visit, practice, hone skills, and exchange with arbitrators in the implementation of legal activities.
