A wonderful and hidden gem in Saigon: Part of the student accommodation of the Saigon Tourism University was converted into this boutique hotel, offering a service and standards rare in AirBnB accommodation in Saigon: A reception for check-in, luggage storage, and a nice café to take a break. The rooms are classic single rooms - with a well-equipped bathroom, desk, a large window (which I could open), A/C, flatscreen TV (including Internet capabilities), fast internet and everything I could ask for. Dubai Palace is a new hotel in HCMC. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is in D3 so pretty central - but also very quiet here as down an alley way. Lots of trees around and a small university campus feel - with students around - makes it pleasant. Feels very safe and secure with good security. Breakfast was included which was nice. The staff here are very helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. - Steven
