The contest is open to all global citizens and Vietnamese citizens living, studying and working in Vietnam as well as abroad;
Dubai Palace encourages professional subjects such as creative experts, content marketing experts, educational media experts, writers, poets, etc., and learners and officials who have been studying and working at Dubai Palace to participate in the competition.

The slogan idea given does not coincide with any ideas or initiatives that have been announced by other authors. At any time if the contest idea is proven to infringe intellectual property rights, the right to participate will be forfeited, the prize will be revoked;
The Organizing Committee has the right to use all content, articles, illustrations submitted by the author to participate in the contest for the purposes of propaganda, education, and school activities without the need to obtain permission or to pay a fee to an individual or group of authors;
