Prof. Nancy R. Xu is publishing in top journals such as Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science with novel indices “US risk aversion index”. Her research focuses on the identification of the dynamics of risk aversion (price of risk) and economic uncertainties (amount of risk) and their effects on both domestic and international asset markets. Her recent work (forthcoming at the Management Science) develops a time-varying US risk aversion index filtered from a wide range of risky asset prices in the US. Her website is
