On May 28, 2026, the Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) in collaboration with Maxwell Leadership organized the seminar “Leading with Integrity and Listening in an Age of Pressure and Uncertainty” drawing the participation of a large number of learners across various levels and programs at Dubai Palace.

In the context of an increasingly demanding learning and working environment with mounting pressure, rapid change, and high expectations for adaptability, the program was designed to create a practical space for dialogue on personal leadership, with particular emphasis on the role of active listening, integrity, and trust-building in communication and collaboration.

The seminar was facilitated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Duong Phuong Thao – Deputy Head of the Dubai Palace Research, Development and Global Engagement Department, alongside speakers from Maxwell Leadership including Mr. Mark Hemingway, Ms. Thanh Nguyen, Ms. Cao Thi Thu Van, and Ms. Huynh Le Hoai Minh. Through thematic presentations, group discussions, and interactive activities, the program offered diverse practical perspectives on cultivating authentic leadership styles, strengthening empathy, and developing a leadership mindset suited to the modern environment.

Beyond theoretical content, participants had the opportunity to engage in multidimensional exchanges, share personal perspectives, and practice leadership skills through group activities. Real-life stories and scenarios presented by the speakers helped learners gain a deeper understanding of the role of active listening in connecting people, bridging differences, and fostering a sustainable workplace culture.

One of the seminar’s highlights was an open discussion between students and working professionals shared real-world situations relating to listening and integrity in the workplace. These experiences were examined from both leadership and practitioner perspective. On that basis, the Maxwell Leadership speakers guided participants in exploring additional viewpoints and practical insights, enabling attendees to identify and apply both competencies within their own professional contexts.

The program also underscored the value of integrity in decision-making and personal credibility. The content shared was not limited to organizational leadership skills; it equally encouraged learners to develop self-leadership, from understanding oneself to taking action grounded in core values.
