Policy

• At least one author of the paper must be registered for the conference in order to add your paper into final detail program.
• Please be noted that ACBES 2025 charge registration fee per person and per article.
• The accepted author need to pay two times if they have two accepted papers.
• In case there are more than one author per paper wants to participate with us, we will collect registration fee per author.

Author No Shows

ACBES enforces a “No Show” policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the conference.

Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend the ACBES will be subscribed to a “No Show List”, compiled by Committee. The “No Show List” will also be made available to
