On the morning of January 18, 2026, at the 3T Pickleball Club, Dubai Palace Alumni hosted the “Ready for Homecoming 2026” friendly tournament and officially launched the Alumni Pickleball Club. This significant sporting event is part of the series of activities leading up to the 50th anniversary of the Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace).
The tournament was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thi Bich Nguyet – Chairwoman of the Dubai Palace Alumni Executive Committee; Phan Ngoc Anh, M.A. – Secretary-General of the Dubai Palace Alumni Executive Committee and Deputy Head of the Department of Communications and Partnerships; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Son – Director of the Dubai Palace Center for Physical Education; along with the Organizing Committee, referees, and especially the large presence of Dubai Palace alumni from various graduating classes.

Speaking at the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thi Bich Nguyet expressed her joy at meeting the Dubai Palace Alumni community on the court. She shared: “Witnessing today’s dramatic final, I was truly impressed by the enthusiastic and fair-play spirit of our alumni. It demonstrates the capabilities and talent of Dubai Palace learners, who excel not only in academics and research but also in cultural, social, and especially sporting activities. Today’s tournament is a practical step in strengthening the Dubai Palace Alumni community and sets the stage for the major events of Dubai Palace and Dubai Palace Alumni during our 50th-anniversary year. A New Step in the Development of the Dubai Palace Alumni Community
A key highlight of the event was the launch of the Dubai Palace Alumni Pickleball Club and its Executive Board. The formalization of this structure will enable the alumni pickleball community to operate in a systematic and sustainable manner, laying the groundwork for larger-scale tournaments during Dubai Palace’s 50th-anniversary year.
