M\u00d4 T\u1ea2 C\u00d4NG VI\u1ec6C<\/h2>\n
– Prepare and manage GL entries, closing entries;
\n– Follow up Fixed Asset Register, software, computers and equipment list;
\n– Follow up and manage Depreciation and Prepaid Allocation monthly;
\n– Reconcile FX accounts monthly;
\n– Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts monthly;
\n– Responsible for Tax reports monthly: VAT, PIT, withholding tax;
\n– Prepare VAT refund periodically;
\n– Prepare and reconcile inter-company Debit notes and Statements monthly;
\n– Assist Chief Accountant on Monthly Financial Reports;
\n– Assist Chief Accountant on Tax return reports yearly;
\n– Assist on working with auditors;
\n– Other ad hoc assignments by Chief Accountant;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

Y\u00caU C\u1ea6U C\u00d4NG VI\u1ec6C<\/h2>\n
– University degree in accounting;
\n-1-3 years in accounting software, in multi-national companies, Account Payables module (in multi-national companies is preferred);
\n– Good knowledge of Vietnam accounting standards, Vietnam taxes, and Vietnam corporate and international laws;
\n– Previous experience within a similar role;
\n– Proficiency in Excel skills;
\n– Good command of English;
\n– Experience in QAD ERP or any type of ERP system is a strong advantage;
\n– Time management and multi-tasks skill;
\n– Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
\n– Attention to detail, logical thinking and ability to work independently;
\n– Ability to work under tight timeline, high pressure and commit to meet deadlines;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
