WHAT WILL YOU DO?<\/strong>
\nSupport Accounting Team, speclialzed in Account Receivables \/Account Payables such as:
\n\u2022 Issue invoices and record Revenue in accordance with accounting policies and standards
\n\u2022 Reconcile Account Receivable sub-ledger with General Ledger Account by month-end
\n\u2022 Issue credit requests\/applications
\n\u2022 Monitoring of accounts receivable aging
\n\u2022 Audit support for Credit & Collections
\n\u2022 File and record contract
\n\u2022 Verify invoices and supporting docs for payment per internal policies and statutory requirements
\n\u2022 Book invoices to the system
\n\u2022 Manage specific reports to accounts payable
\n\u2022 Other tasks as requested by Line Manager.<\/div>\n

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
\n– Last-year Student or Fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce…
\n– Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
\n– Strong organizational, time management skills, and effective communication skills
\n– Computer skills, e.g. good at Microsoft Word, Excel
\n– Well-organized, practical-minded, and able to prioritize a busy and varied workload
\n– Good command of English and Vietnamese<\/p>\n
