Watsons Vietnam<\/b>\u00a0is looking for a full-time\u00a0Accounting Intern<\/b>\u00a0with the following information:<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Assist with basic office responsibilities such as filing, faxing, making copies, input data entry.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with Accounts payable, Inventory, other tasks assigned by manager or team leader.<\/li>\n
  • Support the payment processing team, prepare payment.<\/li>\n
  • Perform cross-check for a set of supporting documents, VAT invoice, preparing statements.<\/li>\n
  • Follow pending transactions on the system and communicate with other departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

    • Ability to work in a team, hardworking, flexible…<\/li>\n
    • Having a basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping.<\/li>\n
    • Good command of English is required; Strong Excel skill is a plus.<\/li>\n
