Ensures proper accounting treatment and internal controls are in place<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Function: Banking &amp; Accounts Payable<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly process payment via bank<\/li>\n<li>Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, posting and recording accounts payable data<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all invoices with appropriate documentation and approval prior enter in the system<\/li>\n<li>Processing Claims \u2013 Check and verify the validity of staff claims<\/li>\n<li>Perform the month end close of Accounts Payable<\/li>\n<li>Review AP aging and follow up with aged open items<\/li>\n<li>Review open purchase order report (Coupa) and follow up with open purchase order<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to, and assist in the documentation of, the Company\u2019s internal control policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate capturing of expenses<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all payment \/transaction compliance with T&amp;E policy and PEGA Grant policy<\/li>\n<li>Provide training to new staff on Concur system<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the coordinating information and support gathering for auditors (i.e. file pulling, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Prepares analysis of accounts, as required<\/li>\n<li>Performs filing<\/li>\n<li>Continue to improvement of process and controls<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Function: Fixed Asset<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, posting and recording fixed asset<\/li>\n<li>Perform monthly reconciliation between Fixed Asset register and GL and detail ledger, Hardware tracking system.<\/li>\n<li>Perform year end count and reconciliation, JE related to Fixed Asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Function: Month-End Closing Activities &amp; Other tasks<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for month-end close procedures relating to Cash, Bank, AP, Fixed Assets<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reconcile with Vendor and clear the gap in book<\/li>\n<li>Willing to support Managers, team on other tasks, project relating to Finance and Accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Accounting or Finance<\/li>\n<li>Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications and typically 2-3 years of progressive relevant finance experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate and assimilate in a multinational environment<\/li>\n<li>Accounting and Reporting Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates outstanding professional know-how<\/li>\n<li>IT related skills (e.g. MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, \u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply here <a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.baxter.com\/job\/ho-chi-minh-city\/ap-and-fixed-asset-accountant\/152\/10700881872\">https:\/\/jobs.baxter.com\/job\/ho-chi-minh-city\/ap-and-fixed-asset-accountant\/152\/10700881872<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Baxter, we are deeply connected by our mission.
