We’re looking for an Accountant as following:<\/em><\/p>\n

JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Trade account payable (for Raw materials & packaging purchase)<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Vendors master data as per the standard procedure.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Check and book trade AP invoices<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Reconcile supplier sub-ledgers and general ledgers<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Balance reconciliation with suppliers ledgers<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Trade AP reporting and payment proposals.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– VAT input list of trade AP for providing to VAT reporting<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Nondeductible expenses list as for trade AP related items (if any)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
2. Non-trade account payable (for operating expenses \u2013 OPEX)<\/strong><\/div>\n
\n
– Vendors master data as per the standard procedure.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Understanding deeply OPEX policy & procedure as well as other company\u2019s relevant policy & procedures.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Check and book non-trade AP invoices in according to OPEX & related policy & procedure of the company<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Understand OPEX allocation keys to book correctly OPEX to PNL.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Payment proposals as per due time of invoices<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Coordinate with Treasury team to ensure approved payments proposal proceed well.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

– Preparing account payable reports<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Reconcile supplier sub-ledgers and general ledgers<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Balance reconciliation with suppliers ledgers<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. Inventory<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Items master data maintenance as per the standard procedure.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Reconciliation b\/w sub-ledgers and general ledgers<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Implementation of Stock count, minutes and inventory adjustments<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Good in transit reconciliation and booking<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– VAT input list of trade AP for providing to VAT reporting<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
– Other Ad-hoc tasks<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

REQUIRMENTS<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00b7 Recognized qualifications in Accounting, with a Bachelor of Art or equivalent<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 Minimum 1 years experiences with strong technical accounting skills.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 Technology savvy with experience in ERP System. ERP of M3 is an advance.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 English skills: intermediate level, understanding accounting terminology.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 Computer skills: excellent Excel skills.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00b7 Self-starter and good team player with professional behavior<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
