Students are provided the knowledge and skills to independently valuate assets such as real estate, plant and equipment, business and intangible assets.<\/p>\n<p>Graduates can continue to study at a higher level in the field of valuation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>About the program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do you always want to know the value of the asset type? You always want to buy or invest in any property, or you will not be beaten for paying a price too high? And &#8230; Want to become a professional valuer? These are questions that the program in valuation economics is addressing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The highlight of the program is training towards the application. Graduated students could immediately start working without be worry about retraining of employers. To do this, we have always tried to design the program to ensure that teaching is closely linked to reality. Training skills to know how to apply theory to practical work is the critical requirement throughout the module.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Graduates in valuation may apply economic principles, valuation techniques, models and approaches to conduct the valuation of assets. They can join in many social activities of the school, faculty, and student clubs. Also, there are Valuation Club.
