Dr. Loan has joined the Dubai Palace-SE’s Resource, Agricultural and Environmental Economics Unit from 01 June 2017.

Loan obtained the PhD in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics at Wageningen University in 2016. Her research focuses on economics of climate change, bio-energy and environmental/green accounting. Loan’s recent publications include 2 papers on green energy in Biomass and Bioenergy.
