The Institute of Human Resources and Business Development (HUREDIN) recently organized the “Expert Networking for On-site Training, Coaching, and Consulting” program. This initiative is a key component of the “2024 Industrial Development Scheme,” spearheaded by the Department of Industry and Trade of Ba Ria \u2013 Vung Tau Province.<\/p>\n

The program featured 10 exemplary industrial enterprises, carefully selected by the provincial SME Association. These organizations received intensive, customized consulting from leading experts, focusing on resolving internal bottlenecks to bolster manufacturing productivity and optimize human capital management.<\/p>\n

In today\u2019s rapidly evolving market economy, leaders in the industrial sector face multifaceted pressures. Beyond achieving sales targets, they encounter significant hurdles in establishing flexible and effective sales strategies. Furthermore, leading a cohesive sales force, maintaining consistent performance, and streamlining sales processes to align with corporate objectives remain formidable challenges.<\/p>\n

The inaugural module, “Sales Management for Leaders,” was facilitated by Mr. Ton That Phuong Boi, M.Sc. Under his guidance, executives and managers from the 10 participating firms were provided with a comprehensive roadmap for the POLC framework (Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling) as applied to sales operations.<\/p>\n

The session focused on empowering leaders to orchestrate their sales activities with precision, ensuring that all efforts are strategically channeled toward achieving the organization\u2019s overarching sales targets.<\/p>\n
