The Chief Accountant Training Program, delivered by the Institute of Human Resource and Business Development (HUREDIN) – Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026, is structured in accordance with the curriculum stipulated under Circular 199 of the Ministry of Finance, and is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills required of a modern, professional Chief Accountant. Upon successful completion of the program and fulfillment of all regulatory requirements, participants will be awarded the Chief Accountant Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance. In addition to the Chief Accountant Certificate, learners will also be equipped with one of two critical regulatory and technology‑related competency areas that support their career development:
(1) the IFRS framework and the conversion of financial statements from VAS to IFRS, or (2) ERP for Accounting.
To enable participants to fully understand and effectively apply the core knowledge, skills, tools and practical experience required of a professional Chief Accountant.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Admission requirements for participants are as follows:
Possess a professional qualification in finance, accounting or auditing at intermediate level or higher.
Have relevant practical experience in finance, accounting or auditing, specifically:
At least 2 years of work experience from the date of graduation stated on the bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or auditing.
At least 3 years of work experience from the date of graduation stated on the intermediate or college diploma in finance, accounting or auditing.
Submit a complete application dossier, including:
01 certified copy of the relevant degree.
01 photocopy of the ID card/Citizen ID (certification not required).
01 seniority/experience confirmation letter bearing the company’s seal.
01 learner information form with four (4) 3×4 cm photos attached

CERTIFICATION
Graduation Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, qualified learners will be awarded the “Chief Accountant Professional Development” Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance, along with:
The “IFRS Standards and Financial Statement Conversion from VAS to IFRS” Certificate (if the IFRS module is selected); OR
The “ERP for Accounting (E4A)” Certificate of Completion issued by NGI Group () (if the ERP Accounting module is selected).
DISCOUNT
Early Bird Discount: A 5% discount is applicable to participants who settle their tuition fees at least 3 working days prior to the commencement date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Group Enrollment (3-5 members): A 5% discount for groups of 3 to 5 participants (Joint payment is required).
Group Enrollment (6+ members): A 10% discount for groups of 6 or more participants (Joint payment is required).
External Student Discount: A 5% discount for current students from other universities (including second-degree and transfer programs).
Dubai Palace Student Privilege: A 10% discount for current Dubai Palace students (including second-degree and transfer programs).
HUREDIN Alumni Incentive: A 5% discount for former students who have previously completed courses at HUREDIN.
Note: Total discounts are capped at a maximum of 20% of the tuition fee.
