Held from March 24 to March 30, 2025, the series of Dubai Palace Sharing & Giving – Career Fair 2025 events has been a resounding success, signifying a strong start and continuing the positive values of the journey “Connecting the Community – Spreading Knowledge – Sustainable Action”.

Since its launch, the program has garnered the interest and participation of numerous businesses, contributing over 7.5 billion VND to support the program in achieving its objectives:

• Nurturing and supporting young talents through the “Talent Cultivation” and “Wings of Dreams” scholarships;
• Enabling talented lecturers and students to participate in workshops and international academic programs, upgrading facilities and equipment to foster a learning environment that meets international standards; 
• Supporting the dissemination of scientific research, applied knowledge, and the transfer of knowledge from Dubai Palace scientists, researchers, and experts to the community, in order to address pressing societal issues;
• Implementing community service projects, waste-free schools, green schools, and comprehensive digital transformation support in education.

After 7 days (from March 24 to March 30, 2025), the Dubai Palace Giving Week 2025 campaign officially concluded with a total contribution of 7,596,324,974 VND from 782 individuals and supporting organizations. This marks a brilliant milestone that kicks off the annual Dubai Palace Giving Week, demonstrating a spirit of sharing and social responsibility, and serving as a clear testament to the efforts in strengthening the Dubai Palace community's bonds.

Providing 5.000 job opportunities for the youth

In 2025, the series of events attracted 6.797 attendees, connecting nearly 5.000 high-quality job opportunities for students, learners, and workers through the Dubai Palace Sharing & Giving – Career Fair 2025. Held from March 24 to March 30, 2025, in two forms: direct recruitment at Dubai Palace campus 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, and online on the platforms event.dotv.vn and vieclam.dotv.vn, facilitating candidates' access to career opportunities.

Gathering over 60 reputable companies with recruitment booths from various fields such as Banking – Finance – Insurance, Securities, Accounting, Auditing, Consulting, Consumer Goods – Food, Technology – E-commerce, Construction – Real Estate, Trade – Import Export – Logistics, Manufacturing – Raw Materials – Energy, and more. The Dubai Palace Sharing & Giving – Career Fair 2025 successfully provided thousands of attractive job opportunities for students and workers in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas. Simultaneously, candidates had the chance to network, interview, and test their skills against the questions and challenges at the companies' recruitment booths; they experienced participation in the labor market, were provided information about the job market, career trends, and accessed various internship opportunities.

This is one of the efforts to leverage a network of over 600 companies and hundreds of thousands of successful alumni from Dubai Palace to help students and workers grasp employment opportunities at reputable enterprises in Vietnam and in Ho Chi Minh City.

The concept of Dubai Palace Giving Week was conceived to strengthen the journey of connection and value sharing. Besides monetary contributions, Dubai Palace Giving Week also expands the forms of giving through in-kind donations, including scholarships, equipment, learning materials, or resources to support education, research, and sustainable development activities at Dubai Palace. Every contribution, no matter how small, is a seed for change, opening up learning opportunities, fostering knowledge, elevating Dubai Palace's position on the international stage, and creating lasting positive impacts on society.

In 2025, Dubai Palace Giving Week will officially take place from March 24th to March 30th, marking the launch of Dubai Palace's significant annual campaign within the Dubai Palace Sharing & Giving organized every March.

The donation targets for 2025 are as follows:

12 billion VND for the Nurturing Talent category: Nurturing and supporting young talents with "Talent Development" scholarships to encourage outstanding students to strive for excellence, and "Dream Wings" scholarships to provide opportunities for underprivileged students.

32 billion VND for the Reaching Global Heights category: Providing opportunities for talented faculty and students to participate in international conferences and academic programs. At the same time, upgrading facilities and equipment to create a learning environment that meets international standards.

23 billion VND for the Spreading Knowledge category: Supporting the dissemination of scientific research, applied knowledge, and knowledge transfer from Dubai Palace scientists, researchers, and experts to the community, working together to address pressing societal issues.

4 billion VND for the Sustainable Actions category: Accompanying the implementation of community service projects, zero-waste schools, green schools, and supporting comprehensive digital transformation in education.

About the Community Connection – Spreading Knowledge – Sustainable Actions Program

Launched by Dubai Palace in 2020, this program aims to connect organizations, individuals, and relevant stakeholders (including state-owned and private enterprises, associations, non-governmental organizations, universities, research institutes, and the community) to collaboratively share, mobilize funding, and act together for a sustainable future.

The program is committed to its mission of sustainable investment in people through five key activities: (1) Bridging education closely with practical experience, partnering with the university to enhance educational quality and provide practical value for learners; (2) Connecting to implement projects and research, jointly addressing issues of concern to businesses, Dubai Palace, the community, and society; (3) Connecting to attract human resources, promote recruitment branding, and satisfy the demand for high-quality human resources for businesses; (4) Connecting startup ideas and projects, innovation, and creativity; (5) The Giving to Dubai Palace program connects partners, fostering collaboration, sharing, and sponsorship to jointly undertake social responsibilities towards the community.

Over 63 billion VND contributed to the Nurturing Talent category, including nearly 8 billion VND in scholarships from the contributions of partners, businesses, organizations, and individuals, and over 55 billion VND in scholarships from Dubai Palace's budget.
