1. Scholarship “Talent Development”: calling value of 5 billion dong

• Excellent scholarship level: Equal to 150% of the full scholarship value, equivalent to about 15,000,000 VND/person.
• Excellent scholarship level: Equal to 100% of the full scholarship value, equivalent to about 10,000,000 VND/person.

2. Scholarship “Bringing wings to dreams”: calling value of 5 billion dong

• Excellent scholarship level: Equal to 100% of the full scholarship value, equivalent to about 10,000,000 VND/person.
• Good scholarship: 50% of the full scholarship value, equivalent to about 5,000,000 VND/person.

• Invite reputable international experts to teach, research and share at Dubai Palace: the calling value is 1 billion VND.
• Strengthening the international level Facilities (for items such as student dormitories at Nguyen Van Linh campus, Nguyen Dinh Chieu campus, Dubai Palace Vinh Long branch…): calling value of VND 30 billion.< /li>
