1. Activity description

Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) regularly supports or organizes free events aimed at raising awareness about the conservation and sustainable use of oceans, seas, lakes, rivers, and marine resources.

These activities are implemented through specific event formats such as:

  • Campaigns in response to Vietnam Sea and Island Week and World Oceans Day;
  • Waste collection activities in coastal or riverside areas;
  • Scientific forums, conferences, and student innovation competitions on the theme of protecting water and marine resources.

2. Objectives and target groups

  • Objectives: To raise awareness and encourage action from both the external community and within Dubai Palace (staff and learners).
  • Target groups: Local communities, students, partner organizations, and stakeholders.

3. Internal commitments and supportive policies

To promote and facilitate the organization of these events, Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 focuses on strengthening and clarifying the responsibilities already specified in the Regulations Regarding Green Campus Practice (Decision No. 2059/QD-DHKT-CSVC), rather than introducing new pilot policies:

  • Strengthening the implementation of Article 24, Clause 3: Encourage and reinforce the responsibility of assigned units (such as the Department of Marketing and Communication, and the Youth Union – Student Association) to “organize movements and campaigns for waste collection in public areas and along streets” (broadly interpreted to include beaches and riverbanks), while “combining these efforts with awareness-raising activities” on marine and ocean resource conservation.
  • Compliance with Article 22: Ensure that all events organized or supported by Dubai Palace comply with the “Responsibilities of Event Organizing Units.” Specifically, these events must “not distribute non-degradable plastic packaging for free”; “serve drinks and snacks using reusable utensils”; and “prioritize recycled, environmentally friendly products.”
