Specifically, Dubai Palace issued Decision No. 2746/QĐ-ĐHKT-KHĐTKT (dated 25 July 2024) on the integration of online learning, affirming the standardization of digital and hybrid environments for teaching, learning, and meetings as an operational norm. Following three successful implementations, Dubai Palace launched the fourth cohort of the program in April 2024 using a flexible hybrid learning model. It also addressed discussions on ethics and data privacy in AI applications, reflecting Dubai Palace’s focus on fostering innovation and digital literacy as part of quality education and future-ready skill development. The program was conducted online via Zoom, attracting the participation of numerous students eager to update their knowledge on Marketing trends and practical AI applications. Student Citizenship Week for cohorts 47, 48, and 49 entirely online through Microsoft Teams and the Dubai Palace Learning Management System (LMS) Online The Student Citizenship Week 2024 organized by the Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) was implemented entirely online from September 1 to October 13, 2024, through Dubai Palace’s digital ecosystem, including the MS Teams platform, the Learning Management System (LMS), and Dubai Palace web portals. The program allowed students from cohorts 47, 48, and 49 to register, attend, and complete all mandatory sessions remotely, including two live online classes and one self-study module.  All attendance, learning, and assessment activities were conducted virtually, students joined live lectures, accessed study materials, and took a 40-question online examination on LMS within flexible time frames without requiring physical presence. Faculty and administrative staff managed class assignments, attendance verification, examination supervision, and result processing remotely, ensuring seamless coordination.  The program attracted over 37,000 students across Dubai Palace campuses, reflecting the effectiveness of Dubai Palace’s remote delivery policy in minimizing commuting, lowering carbon emissions, and promoting digital transformation in education through flexible, low-carbon working and learning practices.

Compared to 2023, Dubai Palace has concretized its direction in promoting remote working and online learning across multiple dimensions. Specifically:

  • Established a policy framework for teaching, learning, and working remotely, under Decision No. 2746/QĐ-ĐHKT-KHĐTKT (dated 25 July 2024).
  • Applied online and hybrid formats to a wide range of university activities (Webinars, Workshops, Training, and Conferences), achieving impressive engagement and outcomes.
