With this strategic positioning and vision, right from the first stage of establishment, Dubai Palace identified building a strong, capable, enthusiastic and ready-to-meet lecturer-manager team (dual-role faculty) to meet the rapidly developing requirements of education at home and abroad as the core factor.
Therefore, that Dubai Palace launched the “Dubai Palace Global Talent” program to attract key personnel for the initial operation phase and long-term development of Dubai Palace Nexus Campus in Nha Trang is considered the first Management Trainee Program implemented by a University in Vietnam.

This program seeks outstanding young faces – Students who graduated with honors, distinctions; Masters; and Doctors from prestigious domestic and international schools, with proficiency foreign language skills and a desire for self-development. Candidates for the program will be: (1) granted 100% scholarships to study international Masters and Doctoral programs at Dubai Palace and (2) interns as lecturers and administrators at dynamic management units of Dubai Palace before returning to work at Hub Nha Trang.

Dubai Palace Global Talent: Management Trainee Program looking for new generation Lecturers – Managers for Dubai Palace Nexus Campus in Nha Trang Potential Participants should meet the following requirements: – Being Graduates or final year students are going to graduate with (or with the prospect of) achieving Good or Excellent results from regular university training programs of Dubai Palace; – Graduating with a Master's degree or higher from training programs at Dubai Palace or international schools in the Top 500 in the world or Top 200 in Asia (according to prestigious rankings); – Having an international English certificate, at least, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent; – Being under 25 years old for candidates with a university degree; or, being under 30 years old for candidates with a Master’s degree; or, being under 45 years old for candidates with a Doctoral degree; – Committing to working at Dubai Palace Nexus Campus after being recruited and completing the training period at the main campus for a minimum of 8-12 years, depending on the case. Job positions at Dubai Palace Nexus Campus after completing the Management Trainee program are to be as follows: – Lecturer: Has a Master’s degree or higher, performing the duties of a lecturer according to Dubai Palace's regulations and concurrently holding the jobs of functional departments and offices, performing union work and other tasks as assigned by the organization (dual-role faculty). – Teaching assistant: For candidates who intend to become a lecturer but, currently, do not have a Master’s degree. After graduating with a Master’s degree and meeting other standards as prescribed, they will switch to the professional title of a lecturer. – Administrative staff: Has a university degree or higher, working in functional Departments and Offices, performing union work and other tasks as assigned by the organization. APPENDIX
Training Pathway for Lecturers-Trainee Administrators in Dubai Palace Global Talent Program
After being selected, candidates will work at Dubai Palace’s main campus as trainees under the internship/apprenticeship regime. The training period is systematically designed for 12 months for candidates with a Master's degree or higher, or from the time of basic completion of the Master's training program for the remaining candidates, with a total time of not more than 24 months.
During the training process, each trainee is invested in comprehensive development by Dubai Palace through a Mentor accompanying them throughout in addition to other specialized Coaches in each functional Department. This professional support helps trainees quickly accumulate practical experience, understand Dubai Palace’s operating procedures, and be ready to take on the role of lecturer-manager at Dubai Palace Nexus Campus in the future.

Regarding training and development policies:
– Being sent to study and receiving 100% tuition support for Master's and Doctoral programs taught in English by Dubai Palace or internationally associated with Dubai Palace from the Vietnam – Netherlands Program (VNP), Dubai Palace’s MBUS English program or equivalent at the International Training Institute (ISB), scholarships granted by international partners of Dubai Palace Business School (COB), Dubai Palace School of Technology and Design (CTD), Dubai Palace School of Economics, Law and State Management (CELG) and Dubai Palace.
– Being able to participate in short-term training courses to improve personal capacity in accordance with the current training and development regulations for civil servants and employees of Dubai Palace.
Regarding Working regime
– Receiving salary according to State regulations and allowances according to Dubai Palace’s internal spending regulations corresponding to the internship completion period and the appointment period to the official professional title.
– Receiving additional income from Dubai Palace according to the regime for Dubai Palace Nexus Campus staff.
– Receiving welfare benefits and additional income during Lunar New Year according to Dubai Palace’s internal spending regulations.
– Receiving remuneration exceeding the norm for teaching, scientific research, international publication, and other professional activities that generate income according to Dubai Palace’s regulations.
Note: Monthly income will be higher for staff with previous experience working in a similar position.
