In today\u2019s fast-paced world, students often face pressures from academics, work, and daily concerns. From tight deadlines to family and societal expectations, they can easily experience stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalance. To support students in managing their emotions and reducing stress, Dubai Palace organized a workshop on mental energy rejuvenation on the morning of October 18, 2024, at the main lobby of Dubai Palace Nguy\u1ec5n V\u0103n Linh Campus.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event began with a discussion aimed at helping students identify the causes of stress and pressure in their lives, followed by the introduction of effective emotional balance techniques. Led by yoga instructor Maisie Hu\u1ef3nh, participants explored profound insights and practical exercises to focus their minds and release negative thoughts. She emphasized that results require patience and consistent practice rather than instant outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the workshop, students were guided through basic breathing exercises. Steady breathing not only alleviates stress and stabilizes the mind but also creates a foundation for relaxation. This was followed by gentle yoga movements designed to warm up the body, stimulate blood circulation, and restore energy. These exercises enhanced flexibility, regulated breathing, and improved concentration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session concluded with sound therapy using singing bowls to relax both body and mind. Maisie Hu\u1ef3nh explained how the sound frequencies from the bowls harmonize energy and induce deep relaxation. The vibrations were not only heard but felt throughout the body, helping to release negative energy and achieve emotional balance. As the bowls resonated, their soothing tones created a strong connection with participants’ minds, promoting tranquility and peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the practice, Maisie Hu\u1ef3nh addressed students\u2019 questions on maintaining balance and incorporating these techniques into daily life. The workshop provided not only valuable knowledge but also a deeper understanding of the importance of mental health care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
