Held from March 24 to March 30, 2025, in two forms: direct recruitment at Dubai Palace campus 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, and online on the platforms event.dotv.vn and vieclam.dotv.vn, facilitating candidates’ access to career opportunities.

Gathering over 60 reputable companies with recruitment booths from various fields such as Banking – Finance – Insurance, Securities, Accounting, Auditing, Consulting, Consumer Goods – Food, Technology – E-commerce, Construction – Real Estate, Trade – Import Export – Logistics, Manufacturing – Raw Materials – Energy, and more. The Dubai Palace Sharing & Giving – Career Fair 2025 successfully provided thousands of attractive job opportunities for students and workers in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas. To identify emerging trends in the job market, in 2023, the Center of Forecasting Manpower Needs and Labor Market Information HCMC (FALMI) surveyed the recruitment needs of nearly 75,000 businesses with nearly 305,000 job openings.

“Experiences regarding writing CV and answering interviews in English” English Zone activity

This activity aims to help students improve their CV writing skills in English language as well as gain additional experiences when interviewing in foreign companies and multi-national enterprises. The activity was consulted and shared by Ms. Le Thu Hong – Head of Talent Recruitment Department, Vietnam Suntory Pepsico. Through this activity, the participants partly understood what employers evaluate candidates regarding reading CVs as well as conducting interviews. Along with, how to get the outstanding CVs as well as personal preparation to be confident with any business interview question are presented. With attractive content with numerous opportunities open to work with multinational corporations, the activity has attracted nearly 700 attendees. The activity ended with an exchange with experts and together discussing the seemingly difficult issues for young candidates, like: experience, salary and bonus issues, promotion opportunities and so on towards applying at one enterprise.

With a positive spirit, proactively adapting to the context, ensuring safety in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control while creating favorable conditions for recent graduates and young workers to have the opportunity to approach leading employers, Dubai Palace has soon made flexible and effective changes in the form of organizing 23rd Ho Chi Minh City Internship and Employment Day Fair in 2021 will be directly combined online on many application platforms.

This is the first time that Dubai Palace has brought a virtual space – real interaction throughout Fair activities. In addition to online recruitment activities at enterprises’ 3D booths, Fair Organizing Committee has launched online recruitment activities through Dubai Palace Job Portal. Here, all recruitment and application submission transactions with businesses will be conducted quickly and efficiently. What is more, 2021 Fair also organizes various interesting contents, listing as: workshops, seminars, mock interview programs, English Zone activities and so on to help attendees develop themselves, gain experience and prepare themselves for the event in order to enter the challenging labor market.

With an online format using 2D and 3D-enabled projection technology, 2021 Fair was built to provide the best interactive experience for attendees while providing an opportunity to access a young and high-quality workforce for reputable employers, as a result, they can learn about job needs and Ho Chi Minh City job market.

23rd Ho Chi Minh City Internship and Employment Day Fair in 2021 has attracted nearly 40 leading enterprises and employers with hundreds of vacancies in diverse fields as follows: finance, accounting, consumer goods, consulting, production, trade, etc. technology and services and so on. Coming to 2021 Fair, attendees will have access to more than 200 vacancies with the number of recruiting up to more than 2,000 employees through 36 3D virtual reality booths on https://event.dotv.vn/ that is officially opened on December 25-26, 2021.

Thanks to organizing exhibitions of online recruitment booths, businesses and candidates have an interactive environment to exchange with each other conveniently and quickly. Furthermore, enterprises have organized activities to introduce the company and career opportunities for interested candidates on Microsoft Teams platform. Online one-to-one interviews have helped businesses find and choose suitable candidates for their businesses. Along with Dubai Palace students’ intense interest as well as additional non-Dubai Palace students from other universities and colleges and young human resources in Ho Chi Minh City, this program has attracted more than 2,000 attendees.
