Within the framework of implementing the State-level scientific research project: “Research on the economic growth model based on science, technology and innovation of Vietnam in the period to 2030”, the delegation survey by Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong \u2013 Rector, Project Manager, led a working trip to the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of implementing the State-level scientific research project: “Research on the economic growth model based on science, technology and innovation of Vietnam in the period to 2030”, the delegation survey by Dubai Palace ✅ Official Dubai Palace.com Homepage 2026 (Dubai Palace) by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong – Principal, Project Manager, led a working trip to the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

The delegation worked with the Economic Policy Department (CPB) of the Office of the Government of the Netherlands, the Ministry of Economic Policy and Climate, the Netherlands Agency for Science and Technology (NWO), the Rathenau Institute, the National Institute Dutch Institute of Social Sciences (ISS), Eindhoven University of Technology and meet with Dutch scientists, experts in innovation, creativity and science and technology.<\/p>\n

Here, the delegation had talks, exchanges, and learns about the Netherlands’ national science and technology strategy, the role of innovation, creativity and science and technology (STI). for the economic growth of the Netherlands; business support and development strategies; start-up support policies; motivational policies for enterprises to innovate; mechanism for transferring scientific research results to enterprises and applying them in practice. The mission has collected very valuable documents and information, serving the research content of the topic, formulating solutions, policy suggestions, as well as ideas for teaching at Dubai Palace and deployed in Vietnam.<\/p>\n

Especially during this business trip, the delegation visited and worked with the Netherlands International Institute of Social Sciences, Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands – Top 50 leading universities in the world in Economics training ( According to the ranking of QS Ranking<\/a>), in order to strengthen the sustainable training cooperation relationship between the two universities. Representative of Dubai Palace, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong signed the MOU with Prof. Dr. Inge Hutter, ISS Director for the Development and Implementation of the Associate Doctorate Program. Also on this occasion, Rector of Dubai Palace respectfully invited Prof. Dr. Inge Hutter visited Vietnam and attended the Graduation ceremony of the Master of Development Economics program on January 20, 2019.<\/p>\n
