The main objective of the program is to promote innovative thinking in the social community, especially young people; at the same time training human resources to develop comprehensively in thinking and individual creative skills in order to increase creativity effectively in groups, organizations and enterprises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detailed program<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>COURSE 1 (6 \u2013 8 WEEK): DISCOVER THE INNOVATION PORTRAIT<\/strong><br \/>\nModule 1: Introduction &amp; Introduction (course route + assessment method + attitude to complete the course + assessment at the beginning of the course)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Module 2: Discover the Portrait of an Innovator \u2013 Who can become an Innovator \u2013 Prepare your mind for Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Module 3: Introduction to Design Thinking (Process &amp; Mindset) \u2013 Thinking processes to help create innovative solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>COURSE 2 (6 \u2013 8 WEEK): EXPERIENCE THE DESIGN THINKING PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Module 4 \u2013 Research different co-creation models: Hackathon, Bootcamp, Co-creation project<\/li>\n<li>Module 5 \u2013 Design Thinking Stage 1: Empathize &amp; Define Problem<\/li>\n<li>Module 6 \u2013 Design Thinking Stage 2: Idea &amp; MVP<\/li>\n<li>Module 7 \u2013 Design Thinking Stage 3: Test &amp; Learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>COURSE 3 (6 \u2013 8 WEEK): BUILDING BUSINESS MODELS AND MARKETING STRATEGIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Module 8: Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas<\/li>\n<li>Module 9: Digital Marketing and marketing activities for businesses<\/li>\n<li>Module 10: Commercialization of Innovative Solutions (solution sales \/ start-ups) \u2013 Bootcamp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Summary of the training course<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students who complete each course will receive a certificate of completion.<\/li>\n<li>Potential projects from the training course will be supported to continue to develop through the \u201cInnovative Startup Project Incubation<\/li>\n<li>Program\u201d at UII Innovation Startup Incubator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview Innovation Pathway Program \u2013 a training program for students\/students\/objects interested in innovative startups, consisting of a series of three courses, each lasting from 6-8 weeks, with Blended Learning, providing students with knowledge and tools at levels from creativity to innovation, and then transforming new into a specific product.
